"God sets the lonel in families" - Psalm 68:6 We are a family of four: James, Kayley, and our two boys, Samuel and Bradley. In 2019, we made the decision to begin our journey into fostering. We had no idea where that decision would lead us or how much it would shape our family, but we knew it was a step we felt called to take. This blog is a record of that journey, the joys, the challenges, the lessons we've learned, and the incredible ways we've seen God at work along the way. We hope that by sharing our story, it might encourage others who are considering fostering or simply give an honest glimpse into what family life has looked like for us.
